Suppliers of goods and services are an important adjunct to or extension of Company production and service facilities and are, therefore, important to our success.


  1. The Procurement Department is responsible for overall purchasing policy and procedure.

  2. Suppliers are to be selected so maximum value is obtained.

  3. Suppliers will be treated with courtesy and respect.

  4. Procurement Department employees and other employees influencing supplier selection through their work, shall not become obligated to any supplier through acceptance of entertainment, gifts or other favors.

Grede believes that the Company and each of its employees have a responsibility to the communities where they work and live.
